Report on RU’ACH 2025 – One-Day Sunday School Teachers’ Training Programme
Date: 2nd October 2025
Venue: Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College, Bangalore
The RU’ACH 2025 one-day training programme was organized on 2nd October 2025 under the able leadership of Rev. Paul Dinakaran, City Area Chairman. This meaningful workshop was designed to equip Sunday School teachers to Envision, Explore, and Enlighten themselves in their ministry.
The event witnessed the participation of Sunday School teachers from various churches across the Bangalore City Area. The sessions were both engaging and enriching, providing valuable insights for effective teaching and spiritual nurturing of children.
We express our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. William Christapal, City Area Secretary, and Mr. John Michael, City Area Treasurer, for their excellent arrangements and coordination, which ensured the smooth conduct of the programme.
The Youth Department played a vital role in supporting the event by managing registrations, leading the time of praise and worship, and assisting with all logistical needs throughout the day. Their punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to serve were commendable.
A special word of thanks to Dr. Ivy Christopher, City Area Sunday School Department Coordinator, for her tireless efforts in planning and coordinating the event. She worked closely with the resource person, Rev. David Livingston, Pastor and District Superintendent of Goa Methodist Churches, who led the sessions with great insight, inspiration, and encouragement.
We also acknowledge with gratitude the dedicated service of our City Area Sunday School Convenors – Ms. Hema Issac, Mrs. Veena Freddy, and Dr. Mona – for their active involvement and enthusiasm in all stages of preparation and execution.
Our sincere thanks are extended to Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College and its Principal for graciously providing the venue, supporting with staff assistance, and ensuring the participants were well refreshed with snacks and beverages throughout the sessions.
Above all, we thank Rev. Paul Dinakaran, our City Area Chairman, for his inspiring leadership, guidance, and encouragement, under which the RU’ACH 2025 training programme was successfully conducted and became a blessing to all who attended.
