Palm Sunday Rally 2023

Palm Sunday Rally was organized by the Bangalore City Area Council - Department of City Area Sunday School along with working committee on Sunday the 2nd April 2023. The Rally commenced from CSI Hudson Memorial Church.

There were twenty-four churches (Sunday school children, teachers, and superintendents ) who participated in it. Children and elders were guided by the volunteers. The procession ended at Mithralaya Girl's High School via Hudson Circle, Corporation Office, and Mission Road.

City Area Youth Choir lead the Praise and Worship . Rev George Jaya Prabhu, Associate Treasurer, began a program with a word of prayer. Conveners welcome the gathering and lead the entire program. Many churches presented choreography. Then the Chief Guest Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. Prasana Kumar Samuel shared the inspiring God's message. At the end of the program, prizes were given by the guest of honor, Sunday school Director Rev Shalini, Area Pastors, Executive Committee members. Vote of thanks done by Area Chairperson Rev Paul Dinakaran. After the program, gifts were distributed to all the children, teachers, and volunteers.

Special thanks to the Conveners of Area Sunday School Mrs. Jerusha Rathnakka, Mrs. Helen Rajan and Dr. Ivy Christopher and also the Area Youth Conveners Mr. Ashish Babu and Mr Jeshwanth, entire Area youths, the volunteers for their support.
