Meeting of Office Bearers of KCD Churches

A meeting of the office bearers of churches in KCD was held on 22nd April 2023 in the Bishop Cotton Boys School Auditorium. The meeting began with a word of prayer by Rev. George Jayaprabhu, the diocesan associate treasurer. Rev J Christopher Samuel, the diocesan assistant secretary, welcomed the gathering. The Bishop, Rt Rev Dr P K Samuel, presented a reflection on ‘PEOPLE OF GOD: PARTNERS IN MINISTRY AND MISSION OF THE CHURCH.’ This was followed by a report on the ministry and mission of the diocese by the diocesan secretary, Rev Dr Vincent Vinodh Kumar. The diocesan treasurer, Dr N D Solomon Raju, made a presentation about the status of finance and properties in the diocese, where he, also, briefed about the financial practices and auditing techniques, to be practiced in each church.

After meaningful interactions, the meeting concluded with prayer by Rev Dr Dexter S Maben, the diocesan vice president and benediction by Bishop.
